The Frymaster 17C Pasta Magic electric pasta cooker makes short work of cooking pasta to turn orders over faster. Electronic, programmable controls on its smooth-surfaced, easy-clean, touch-pad timer / controller make it easy to cook perfect pasta exactly as desired every time, automatically and reliably.
Each 17kW electric pasta cooker features an innovative auto-fill / starch skimmer that keeps the water level at the correct height and removes excess starch residue from the water’s surface. Since there’s no need for refills, the water will always be ready to cook, saving both energy and time!
To prevent boil-overs, this cookpot is designed with a 1 1/4" overflow drain valve that carries away excess water and starch. Additionally, it reduces the time needed to drain the system and virtually eliminates the chance of clogs, which is common in pasta cookers with smaller drain openings.
For faster preheat and recovery, the Frymaster 17C Pasta Magic electric cooker features a 17 kW incoloy heating element and is both UL and NSF Listed. This unit must be hard wired; a cord and plug are not included. Please consult the Specification Sheet for further installation requirements and details. Choose voltage.
