Ideal for hard cheeses or chocolate, the Franmara 1099 stainless steel cheese knife is a must-have kitchen tool. Both chocolate and hard cheeses like Parmesan require a tough blade, just like this one. Knives used for these purposes are often classified as being short, thick, and stubby with an appearance similar to that of an oyster knife. Adhering to these characteristics, this knife has a strong stainless steel blade and a hollow handle. Add this useful tool to your kitchen's collection today!

This handy kitchen tool make cutting cheese fun and easy. Cutting a block of cheese with this cheese cutter in great and serves lots of time as opposed to using a regular knife.

Awful at cutting chocolate.Maybe it would be good for cheeses, but it did not make it easier or cleaner to cut the chocolate bars we get. Price mirrors the quality.

This cheese knife is an absolute keeper. Great price point too when several are needed. I have to keep them in a locked cabinet, they are that popular.

This is a stylish cheese knife at a very good price. We have received many compliments from our customers who use it on their buffet tables.

This is a good stainless steel Hard Cheese and Chocolate Knife. I think it works best cutting up chocolate bars than tackling some of the harder cheeses, though.

This knife is good for small jobs, for cutting smaller batches of chocolates or very hard cheese. I've found that it's better suited to chopping up chocolate bars than cheese.
