These Italian Ice syrup base products are
designed to
be a stand-alone syrup base
for use in batch freezers.
Just add water, mix, and
voila! A delicious desert in
a matter of minutes.
This
syrup has been tailored to
slow seperation and minimize
the risk of crystallization
if the end product is frozen.
If the product is flash
frozen it will thaw more
consistently with less ice
clumps, than most other
products. It is made with
corn syrup, which will not
freeze at low temperatures.
The shelf life of normal ice (once made)
is 2 days maximum. This ice
has a shelf life of 5-7 days (once made).
It can be served at 8 to 10
degrees Fahrenheit and still be soft.
The neutral, unflavored base
is ready for your custom
blend. Simply mix your own
flavor into our base, add
water, mix and you have
perfect ice blended to your
taste! No
sugar needs to be added. Each
case contains 4-1 gallon
bottles.
