Perfects for steam tables or any other hot serving station, you can find both Bain Marie and regular insets here.
We offer a huge variety of different capacities on our insets. Including Bain Maries that run from 1 ¼ qts to 8 ¼ qts, and vegetable insets that run from 2 ½ qts to 11 qts. There's also a full line of hinged inset covers for both styles, plus a selection of adapter plates that help modify steam tables into a station that easily serves food from any type of inset we sell. |
