Q: Do you accept orders via phone or fax?
A: To protect your credit card information, all orders must be placed online using our secure sever.
Q: How much will it cost to ship me my order?
A: To calculate shipping charges, add
the items that you would like to your shopping cart. While in your cart,
enter your zip code in the box underneath your subtotal. You will also need
to select whether you are shipping to a commercial or residential address.
Certain large and/or heavy items will be
shipped via a common carrier service. These items are indicated as such on
their description page as well as in the shopping cart with a red asterisk.
All other orders ship via FedEx. Whether your order will be shipping via
FedEx or common carrier, the online shipping estimate will tell you exactly
how much you will be charged for shipping.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Most orders ship within one business
day if all items are in stock. For orders that consist entirely of FedEx
items, click
here for a FedEx estimated days-in-transit map. For orders that will
ship via common carrier, the transit times are the same with a 1 to 2 day
variance possible. Occasionally, when large quantities of items are ordered,
we may opt to use a common carrier service even if none of the items in your
order are classified as common carrier.
Q: I need to have my order by a certain date. How can I be sure that it is in stock?
A: We ship most of our orders within 24 hours. However, there will be delays if the item is not in stock. If you must have your order by a certain date, we suggest that you contact us before placing the order so that we can check availability. If something is not in stock, we can give you an estimate as to how long it will take to get it in.
Q: Do you have a catalog that you could send to me?
A: Our website contains real-time information on all of our products. We do not have a printed catalog available.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: All orders placed through The WEBstaurant Store website will be shipped to their destination via a commercial carrier. Customers cannot pick-up orders.
