This extra large rectangular serving rack will attach to any of our American Metalcraft buffet system serving frames. Use your imagination to create exciting rack combinations on your buffet system serving frame.

This extra large rectangular serving rack for buffet system serving frames can hold a full size food pan, or comparably sized serving trays. By adding a chafer fuel rack, sold separately, and a food pan lid, you can heat and serve all on one attention-grabbing buffet system!.

Layering various round and rectangular racks on your buffet system frame makes it easy to serve appetizers, main entrees, sides, and desserts at your buffet or banquet hall. You can even offer prepackaged products like cereal at your market or hotel breakfast bar!

By using a buffet system in your food service operation, you can decrease wasted table or counter top space. It also allows you to creatively present a wider variety of menu items.
