Use this Excellence LD00-00032 lid to replace the bottom lid on your EDC-4, EDC-4C, and EURO-5 dipping cabinets. This single layer, heat reflective glass piece is designed to lock in cold temperatures and prevent contamination of your most popular ice cream flavors. Additionally, replacing your lid will help ensure proper insulation and peak operating efficiency.
