Each electric fryer has been engineered with high reliability and priced to purchase today.It has a stainless steel frypot, door and trim. Three tubular type heating elements, protected by a stainless steel sheath, provide energy-efficient heat transfer and reliability at higher temperatures. A hi-limit control is integrated for increased safety. An extra large cold zone collects unheated food particles that contribute to shortening breakdown, and poor food quality.
The fryer also features outstanding serviceability. All components are easily accessible and replaceable from the front. A built-in circuit breaker is mounted inside the front door for easy access. A large 1 1/4" ball-type full port drain valve allows for easy, no cog cleaning. The stainless steel basket hanger lifts off for easy cleaning.
This fryer operates on 208/240V, 3 Phase power. ETL and CETL Certified. Backed by a 1 year parts and labor warranty. The stainless steel frypot is backed by a 5 year warranty (pro-rated).
