This precision gram scale is made of stainless steel to allow for easy cleaning while providing unmatched durability. Perfect for measuring expensive ingredients like saffron, cardamom, and other valuable spices, this precision scale utilizes a "scale within a scale" design to get consistent, accurate readings each time, while adding another layer of stainless steel protection around the internal components. And thanks to its versatile electrical system, this durable, precise scale can operate equally well when connected to its included dual voltage power supply or running off of four "AA" batteries (sold separately).
