This Edlund PI014 insert attaches to the pusher on 350 series fruit and vegetable slicers, and when matched up with the 1/4" blade assembly, you get consistent slices of your soft fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, lemons, limes, oranges, mushrooms, and even mozzarella cheese.
