This electric potato peeler utilizes a system of diamond-shaped abrasive serrations to cut down on peeling time, and because they're intended to last the full life of the whole unit, you save on replacement costs as well.

The Edlund EPP-415P potato peeler is made of a a smooth finish, non-corrosive aluminum alloy for an attractive appearance and long-lasting durability. The interior bearings are packed with grease and permanently sealed so this machine doesn't require any lubrication, and its 1/3 hp belt-driven motor helps keep operation and transmission quiet. To protect the operator, a safety discharge chute collects food after it is done peeling and a guard closes off access to the peeling chamber, preventing accidents. For simple cleaning, the unit is designed to flush clean with water after moving the top casting and rotor plate.

Thanks to its 1/2" water inlet and 1 1/2" outlet, this potato peeler produces spotless foods every time it's used. This unit can also be conveniently mounted on a sink top or bench.
