This Edlund E-818 digital portion scale features a durable, high-impact resistant casing to stand up to the daily demands of any food service operation. Its ample 5 7/8" x 6 3/4" removable stainless steel platform provides plenty of space for weighing sliced luncheon meats, fish or poultry portions, or even dough.

The Edlund E-818 portion scale is portable too! It can be powered by either a 120V AC adapter (included) or a 9V DC battery (sold separately). A large, easy to read LCD readout helps reduce portioning errors.

The Edlund E-818 5 lb. digital portion scale is UL and NSF Listed. Consult the Specification Sheet for further details, dimensions, and capacities.
