This Edlund DFG-160IC digital portion scale features an ice cream cone platform to get perfect ice cream portions, and the standard 6" x 6 3/4" flat stainless steel platform for weighing sliced luncheon meats, fish or poultry portions, or even dough. Its durable, high-impact resistant plastic casing will stand up to the daily demands of any food service operation. The Edlund DFG-160IC can read in the decimal ounce (0.1oz.), fractional ounce (1/8oz.), and grams (1g).

The Edlund DFG-160IC portion scale is portable too! It can be powered by either an AC adapter (included) or a 9V DC battery (sold separately). It includes a low battery indicator light and automatic shut off feature for efficient use. A large, easy to read LCD readout helps reduce portioning errors.
