The Edlund 201 portable, hand- operated, single-speed, electric can opener features a durable, Lexan housing. The 201 can open 4 to 7 cans per minute and up to 75 cans daily. The spring-loaded cutting mechanism on the 201 allows you to even open dented cans, and is designed for heavy-duty use, and because it's portable, can be used on cans of varying heights. The 201 is 115V, and regular cleaning will prolong the life of the unit. It is normal for metal-to-metal friction to eventually cause knives and gears to wear, so inspect and change knives and gears regularly. Replacement knife under item #333K006SP and gear under item #333G006SP also available.
