The Chef's Choice 2000 Commercial electric knife sharpener allows you to sharpen both straight and serrated knives.     The professional Chefs Knife Sharpener is the best in our restaurant. It will sharpen knives the best for cutting any meat to fish and cutting up veggies. Money well spent
