Well made and beautiful. Durable with no splintering. On par heavy weight plastic as far as picking up foods. No problems with wet foods. I highly recommend these for parties where either a more natural theme is desired or an ecological alternative is desired. Also good if you are looking for a disposable ecological friendly alternative to a fork in packed meals & picnics. You are eating off a wood utensil and I find you can taste the wood initially. If you have ever eaten off those little spoons that came with the ice cream cups you'll know what I mean. I thought I should mention it, but in my opinion it absolutely doesn't detract from the utensil at all. It is a natural product after all!

***** Five stars for the Eco-geckio wooden forks! They work, they're sturdy, they're eco-friendly, truly and naturally compostable, renewably sourced. What else can I say other than their added value to our green-oriented customers is sky high. Thank you for stocking these; we won't use anything else!

This is one of my best selling items. People use these for picnics, weddings and everyday use. They are heavy duty and will certainly stand up to the job.

They are smaller than regular forks. I think they are better to be used as sforks not recommended for meat use. We are using them for rice and desserts, so I feel like they should be ok

Half of our customers think these wooden forks are really cool. While the other half prefer not to use them stating, it makes their mouth feel really funny.

These are nice for disposable but i just can't get past the fact that I feel like I'm going to get a splinter on my tongue. I would only use these for an "outdoor picnic" type event. The "faux" chrome ones are much nicer.

I made sure to inspect each fork before using them for my wedding. Out of 100 forks I had about 10 that I didn't use because they were splintering or cracked. Out of about 60 guests, one fork cracked during dinner.

These forks would be good for cake or quiche. They are well made and pretty much what you see in the picture. Nothing less than what we expected.

I bought these adorable wooden forks to tie in the bow of my mini pies! I bought the small boxes on here long with baker's twine and they make the perfect gift!

Our favorite for events, gives a classy and nice touch to events. For any kind of food. We use it at home and you can even wash it and re-use it.

These forks look great and are better for the environment than plastic, particularly when composted after use. They work fine, but the tines are not as sharp as plastic cutlery, making it a little harder to spear food. It's really not a big deal, and doesn't affect the overall practicality of these forks, but some foods might not be great with these, but some foods aren't great with plastic either... so its fine. Overall I would recommend.

The prongs on the fork is a little short but they work great for things other than eating a salad! They are so rustic and cute. PERFECT for our country wedding, And did i mention SOOO much cheaper than anywhere else?! Very pleased!

I was so excited to find these forks! They are perfect for my outdoor wedding. We will be using them for cake with the EcoChoice Palm Leak plate! They look great in person and the price on this site was half of the price on Amazon for a similar product.

I was worried about splinters when i ordered these but only a few seem to look faulty, other than that all the orders were good! They were nice n sturdy!

We used these recently for a large outdoor function. The prongs on the fork were a little short, but they definitely look better than plastic forks and are an economical option over renting/buying silverware!

These are fine for cooked food but not so useful for salad as the prongs aren't long. . They do have a nice feel to them in your hand and an attractive appearance.

We really liked these forks as we used them at our wedding. They looked great, and we appreciated that we could compost them. They were good at scooping. Spearing meat wasn't as effective, but they worked well enough. I definitely purchase again for future events.

Not quite what I was expected. I bought these to go with the palm leaf plates. The forks seems more like a spork with tiny prongs. The material they are made from is similar to a popsicle stick. They seem smooth so know need to worry about splinters. They will work great for the food I am serving but I would be nervous about using them with tougher meats.
