This Eagle Group MPT3042 30" x 42" stainless steel mobile prep table is a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive work station that will keep your food prep process running smoothly! This prep table features a welded 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel top with a raised rolled edge on three sides and a 14 1/2" x 22" removable poly cutting board all surrounded by a tapered drainage system that empties into a removable 22-gallon waste tank.

For superior maneuverability, four 5" poly swivel casters (all with brakes) are mounted on this unit's 1 5/8" stainless steel legs, while a 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel undershelf with marine edges gives you versatile storage options.

This mobile prep table comes with two type 304 stainless steel perforated half-size pans and three colored poly cutting boards (red, blue, and green). A three-bay poly cutting board holder and knife rack, which can accommodate knives up to 12" long, make organizing your work space a breeze.
