The Eagle Group DHT4-240 open well, 4 well, hot food table is available in the 240 volts/1 phase model, and has a table body made out of stainless steel. The DHT4-240 is an open well electric steam table, and suitable for wet or dry operation, although for the most even heating, wet operation is preferable. The top openings of the DHT4-240 are 12 1/8"W x 20 1/8"D, and features an 8" wide x 3/4" thick, laminated, hardwood cutting board. There is also a recessed control panel, infinite controls, a galvanized undershelf, and a 6' cord on the right hand side of the DHT4-240. The heated compartments of the DHT4-240 are 8" deep and are insulated with a 22-gauge, stainless steel lining. The overall dimensions of the DHT4-240 are 63"W x 30 1/2"D x 34"H, and it has a one year warranty. See Companion Items for recommended accessories.
