Rich in protein and fiber, these lentil beans will work perfectly with chili, soups, and different kinds of salads. Lentil beans are an excellent ingredient for adding subtle flavors and textures to a variety of foods, and their distinctive disk shape and bright colors add appeal to food presentation.

Because of their long shelf life, dried lentil beans are easy to store and portion. Like all dried beans, these lentil beans require a soaking process before cooking and serving.

    I personally add these beans to my chicken stew that I make at home for my family. I was surprised how quickly I used them. Twenty pounds doesn't go as far as you would think!

    I really like a beef vegtable soup with lentil beans in it. To me it makes the soup. Thank you webstaurant you always have what i need.

    Lentils are nice simply cooked but are great when you incorporate fresh vegetables in them! They work nice as a base for holding roasted chicken!!
