Our bakery specializes in a three layer bar topped with chocolate. Very difficult to cut. This cutter works very well for scoring the product but not for cutting all the way through.

I've owned my retail bakery for almost 3 years. When I first opened it was so hard to get people to cut things the right size. This is a must have for portion control and product consistency.

The quality is okay on this tool. Some of the wheels are loose (wobbles) and one is really tight (difficult to turn). I expected it to be this way since it was cheap. This cutter doesn't have measurement markers. This is useful for students and those who want speed and can sacrifice precision.
