This boil out cleaner makes the fryers look brand spanking new after cleaning. I feel confident that it cleans better than any other product like it.

This stuff works great. I've used it for years every time I boil out a fryer. I boil it for about 25 minutes and it comes out supoer clean. just make sure you rinse out with water before you add the oil back in.
