This premium holding cabinet can accommodate one 28 1/2" x 27 1/4" x 72" pan rack full of your signature entrees, sides, and other cooked delights, and keep them at the correct temperature until serving.
Its all stainless steel construction and high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensure that this heated holding cabinet delivers consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, easily controlled by an adjustable electronic thermostat. Its top mounted heating system features a high speed blower for uniform airflow and an on/off switch on the front exterior of the cabinet. It also has an alarm to alert you of any sudden drops or rises in temperature.
To keep your valuable food safe from tampering after business hours, this state-of-the-art roll in heated holding cabinet features built-in keyed door locks with heavy duty strikes, and the magnetic door gaskets guarantee a secure seal when the door is closed. The double paned tempered thermopane glass door helps you easily find what you need before opening the cabinet, saving energy.
The Delfield SSHRI1-G is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection. It must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
