As part of the Delfield Specification Line Series, this SMHPT2-SH 51.92 cu. ft. two section reach-in pass-thru heated holding cabinet offers state-of-the-art quality, versatility, usability, and performance destined to outlast a standard model. The pass-thru design allows it to be conveniently placed between your kitchen and serving or prep area so your staff can load prepared items from the back and your servers can access them from the front.

Eight solid half doors (four per side) allow you to open only one section at a time to help preserve internal temperatures and they feature built-in door locks with heavy duty strikes. A stainless steel front, heavy gauge aluminum sides, and high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensure that this heated holding cabinet delivers consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, easily controlled by an adjustable electronic thermostat. Its top mounted heating system features a high speed blower for uniform airflow and an on/off switch on the front exterior of the cabinet.

For superior versatility, this unit comes complete with six chrome plated adjustable shelves (three per section) to help you make the most of the pass-thru heated holding cabinet's spacious heavy gauge aluminum interior. The Delfield SMHPT2-SH requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection and must be hard wired; a cord and plug are not provided. UL and NSF Listed.
