And thanks to its stainless steel exterior and heavy gauge aluminum interior, you can be sure this unit will reliably serve your establishment's needs for years to come.
A powerful, helical-shaped heating element maintains food safe holding temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while high-speed blowers provide optimum airflow to heat the inside of the cabinet. An externally mounted digital thermometer clearly displays the temperature so that you can adjust it with the microprocessor controls. It also has an alarm to alert you of any sudden drops or rises in temperature.
To keep your valuable food safe from tampering after business hours, this state-of-the-art roll thru holding cabinet features built-in door locks with heavy duty strikes, ensuring that the doors stay closed and locked until you're ready to open them. The door gaskets guarantee a secure seal when the doors are closed.
The Delfield SAHRT2-S is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection. It must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
