Keep pasta, meats, steamed vegetables, and other warm foods heated at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8887 six pan drop in single tank hot food well! This single tank unit features six 1000W bottom-mounted heating coils that quickly and evenly warm food pans to between 140 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit. The heating coils are operated via a temperature control panel that can be mounted on counters for easy access or installed at a remote location to prevent tampering. Thanks to the 2' of wiring, it's easy to keep the control panel out of sight to ensure your employees can adjust the temperature as needed.

This electric heated drop in food well can hold six full size 12" x 20" food pans up to 6" deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. Perfect for hotel restaurants, buffets, and banquet halls, this hot food well allows you to safely serve your guests hot appetizers, sides, and entrees.

At the end of service, a 1" NPT drain allows the user to drain out any condensation or extra water after use for easy cleanup. This hot food well is fully insulated for excellent performance, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop. It requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
