Keeping hot foods at a safe temperature for consumption can be a challenge, but this Delfield N8787-DESP 6 pan energy saving drop-in hot food well is the perfect solution for your buffet, cafeteria, or other high volume application. This drop-in food well holds 6 full size food pans so you can serve pans of pasta, roasted vegetables, or even fried chicken to hungry customers with the knowledge that they're getting a safe, quality meal. As part of the energy savings power series from Delfield, this unit provides up to 77% in energy savings during dry use and up to 28% in energy savings during wet use when compared to similar models.

Designed for either wet or dry operation, this hot food well is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and has a 500W heat pad on the bottom of each well to reduce its overall energy consumption but maintain superior performance. Its recessed wells keep condensation from escaping so your food products don't dry out, while each well has its own individual digital control to let you better monitor and adjust the temperatures for different foods.

This unit has an 18 gauge stainless steel top, 20 gauge stainless steel wells, and a galvanized exterior body to stand up to everyday use in a rough commercial environment. Each well features a 1/2" stainless steel drain that connects to a central manifold and gate valve, making it easy to drain when it's time for routine mantenance or cleaning. This unit requires a 208-230V electrical connection.
