Keep pasta, meats, steamed vegetables, and other warm foods heated at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8787-D six pan drop in hot food well! This food well is designed to operate with water in order to keep your most popular hot foods delicious and ready to serve at your buffet.
This electric heated drop in food well can hold six full size 12" x 20" food pans up to 6" deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. Each well has a 1000-watt, bottom-mounted heating element that is adjusted with infinite controls located on a remote panel. An updated design enhances well temperature consistency, while reducing countertop surface temperatures surrounding the wells. A 1/2" NPT drain in the right rear corner of each well allows the user to drain out any condensation or extra water after use.
This stainless steel drop in hot food well is fully insulated for excellent performance, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop. The Delfield N8787-D hot food well is UL and NSF Listed, requires a 208/230V electrical connection, and must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug.
