Thanks to the exclusive energy saving power design, it can save up to 77% energy when used dry, and up to 28% when used wet compared to traditional heating units. The drop-in design can be installed into any countertop, and because of the flush mounting, no bacteria or food particles can be trapped in the space between the unit and the counter.

Thanks to the 18 gauge stainless steel top and 20 gauge galvanized steel housing, this unit will provide many years of faithful service. A 500W heating pad attached to the sides and bottom of each well provides a constant heat source to your three full size food pans, and thanks to the 1" thick fiberglass insulation, it will retain the heat for ultimate energy savings. For operator convenience, the solid state digital control panel can be mounted up to four feet away from the unit, so you'll never have to worry about guests bumping the controls as they shuffle through the buffet line. And, each food well has its own control, so you can serve various hot foods at different temperatures at the same station. A 1/2" stainless steel drain makes cleaning easy at the end of the night. This unit requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
