This unheated drop-in dish dispenser from Delfield has a tube with 3 vertical side channels and bottom brace of 22-gauge stainless steel. The top, supporting flange is 18-gauge stainless steel. Flange, channels and bottom brace are integrally welded together. The flange has 3 guide posts molded of high impact plastic. It has a self-leveling mechanism that is field-adjustable by adding or removing stainless steel extension springs on perimeter of vertical side channels. The dish carrier head is constructed of welded, stainless steel rods with a removable 18-gauge steel top plate. Diameter of flange is 9.12" and cutout diameter is 8.50". Tube height is 28" and holds 72 plates. This dispenser has a dish diameter range of 5.00"- 5.75". NSF listed. This product is also known as DEL- 575.
