Does this blade set include a waffle blade?

There is no such thing as a waffle blade. The cook will need to make one pass through the crinkle blade, rotate the potato 90 degrees, then make a second pass through the crinkle blade.

How do I sharpen this mandoline’s slicing blade?

Remove the blade as described in the manual. Using a sharpening stone, position the blade at a 20-degree angle and push the blade repeatedly across the stone's surface. Once the blade is sharpened, re-assemble the mandoline.

Is this mandoline dishwasher safe?

The body and blades are dishwasher safe but hand washing is preferred to extend the life of the parts.
