Though we haven't used these too long, I imagine they will save us from many cuts in the long run. The hardest part is going to be getting the staff to use them!

I bought this for an employee who was always cutting herself. They run large, but the do prevent the cuts!! You might want to oder smaller.

The medium fit great wof both women and men. Their not too big, nor too small. These gloves are great for my students that don't work well with a knife.my students love them!

Excellent cut resistant glove. Works wonders in preventing cuts. Great for quickly pitting avocados without worrying about cutting your hands. Great addition to any establishment worried about employees getting hurt.
