A solid door with a high temperature latch prevents temperature loss when closed, yet opens with ease. The latch also features a unique antimicrobial coating to prevent the spreading of germs, which can contaminate your food and cause a foodborne illness outbreak.

A rugged aluminum base supports the durable aluminum cabinet, ensuring years of dependable service in a commercial environment. The smooth interior is reinforced by a rigid frame and has coved corners to prevent grease and particle build up, which makes cleaning and sanitizing an effortless task. Standard solid state electronic controls provide the operator with an incredibly user-friendly experience, and thanks to the large, easy-to-read LED digital temperature display, monitoring the internal temperature is easier than ever!
