Thanks to its compact size, you can roast and hold over 300 lbs. of meat in just 7 square feet of space!

The Cres Cor CO-151-FW-UA-12B AquaTemp Roast-N-Hold convection oven features two separate compartments with independent, programmable controls for temperature and humidity levels, which allow you to prepare different products at the same time. Its powerful, yet efficient 8200 watt heating system provides fast response times to quickly reach temperatures of up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The Cres Cor CO-151-FW-UA-12B AquaTemp Roast-N-Hold cabinet features 12 sets of adjustable universal style pan slides that can hold a variety of pan sizes with 1 1/2" of clearance.

The CresCor CO-151-FW-UA-12B AquaTemp Roast-N-Hold convection oven also features a fully insulated stainless steel interior with smooth, coved corners for easy cleaning.
