This Cres Cor 1000-CH-AL-D low temperature cook and hold oven is specifically designed for slow cooking, which results in 15% to 20% less shrinkage than traditional cook and hold ovens, giving you more food for your dollar. Thanks to its compact size, you can cook and hold over 240 lbs. of meat in just 5 square feet of space!

The Cres Cor 1000-CH-AL-D cook and hold radiant oven features two separate compartments with independent, programmable digital controls, which allow you to prepare different products at the same time. Its powerful, yet efficient 6000 watt heating system provides fast response times to quickly reach temperatures of up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Stainless steel pan slides and 3 wire shelf grids provide ample space for up to 16 full size sheet pans with 3" of clearance.

The CresCor 1000-CH-AL-D cook and hold oven also features a fully insulated stainless steel interior with smooth, coved corners for easy cleaning, and a durable aluminum exterior. Heavy duty 5" swivel casters, 2 with brakes, provide excellent mobility even when the Cres-Cor 1000-CH-AL-D cook and hold oven is fully loaded.
