The Cooking Performance Group CPG-TG-48C 48" countertop griddle features an energy-saving thermostatic control that is adjustable from 150-450 degrees Fahrenheit to give you optimum control over cooking temperatures! It has four 22,000 BTU U-shaped heating elements, that are strategically placed to provide even heating across the entire griddle surface. The surface itself is 3/4" thick and 48"W x 18"D so that you have plenty of room to cook hamburgers, chicken, fish and more.
The Cooking Performance Group CPG-TG-48C 48" countertop griddle has a 2 1/8" high backsplash with sloping sidesplashes to contain grease splatters. An easily removable large capacity grease pan also helps to make cleanup a breeze!
This Cooking Performance Group CPG-TG-48C 48" countertop griddle with thermostatic controls is ETL and ETL Sanitation Listed and is field convertible to be powered by a liquid propane or natural gas connection.
