The Cooking Performance Group CPG-TG-36C 36" countertop griddle features an energy-saving thermostatic control that is adjustable from 150-450 degrees Fahrenheit to give you optimum control over cooking temperatures! It has three 22,000 BTU U-shaped heating elements that are strategically placed to provide even heating across the entire griddle surface. The surface itself is 3/4" thick and 36"W x 18"D so that you have plenty of room to cook hamburgers, chicken, fish and more.
The Cooking Performance Group CPG-TG-36C 36" countertop griddle has a 2 1/8" high backsplash with sloping sidesplashes to contain grease splatters. An easily removable large capacity grease pan also helps to make cleanup a breeze!
This Cooking Performance Group CPG-TG-36C 36" countertop griddle with thermostatic controls is ETL and ETL Sanitation Listed and is field convertible to be powered by a liquid propane or natural gas connection. Heats evenly, large work surface. Holds heat relatively well, but wouldn't be sufficient for fast paced kitchen. Thermostat works efficiently, but did need to be adjusted.
