It has eight individually controlled 17,000 BTU burners that are arranged to provide even heating across the entire cooking surface. The CPG-RB-48C 48" charbroiler has a cooking surface that can be used in a flat or sloped position to allow juices from your meat to drip onto reinforced cast iron radiants to produce searing flames and smoke for an even greater-tasting product!
With a stainless steel front and stainless steel sides, easily removable radiant covers and burners, and removable grate sections, the Cooking Performance Group CPG-RB-48C 48" radiant charbroiler is not only durable, but extremely easy to clean! It also has a full width grease gutter and a large capacity drip pan to protect your countertop and expedite end of day cleanup.
