This Cooking Performance Group CPG-HP-2-12C-SU countertop hot plate boasts two powerful 30,000 BTU burners with a continuous pilot to deliver the high performance cooking you demand! The back burner is raised slightly to offer you safe and simple access when simultaneously using the front burner. Each of the open-top burners are protected by separate 12" x 12" heavy duty cast iron grates that feature a unique anti-clogging pilot shield to ensure long-lasting performance.
With a 24" deep cooking area and a 3" front ledge, the CPG-HP-2-12C-SU stepped countertop hot plate provides you with plenty of room to work! Its stainless steel front and sides are both durable and easy to clean, while cool-touch knobs help protect employees against potential burns. A removable drip pan also helps accommodate a quick and efficient cleanup.
The Cooking Performance Group CPG-HP-2-12C-SU step up 2 burner countertop hot plate is ETL and ETL Sanitation Listed and is field convertible to be powered by a liquid propane or natural gas connection.
