It has four powerful 38,000 BTU H-type burners, while the included porous pumice char rock is conveniently self-cleaning and distributes heat evenly for consistent results. The CPG-EB-48C 48" charbroiler has a cooking surface that can be adjusted to a flat or sloped position for optimum versatility.

With a stainless steel front, stainless steel sides, and stainless steel burners, as well as removable grate sections, the Cooking Performance Group CPG-EB-48C 48" lava rock charbroiler is not only durable, but extremely easy to clean! It also has a full width crumb tray and a large capacity stainless steel grease pan to protect your countertop and expedite end of day cleanup.
