For your convenience, this receptacle features an airtight, snap-lock closure which attaches the lid to the hollow base - no hardware required. This allows you to easily remove the lid and empty the galvanized steel pail without any tools! In addition, this FM Approved cigarette receptacle's patented design restricts oxygen, helping to quickly extinguish cigarettes without the use of sand or water.
