Its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of chunky products.
This Cleveland 60 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots. A 50 psi rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.
The Cleveland MKEL-60-T 60 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle is NSF, CSA, CE, and UL Listed and requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection.
