The Cleveland MKDL-40-T 40 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly heat, churn and stir large batches of mashed potatoes, sauces, and more to a smooth consistency! Infinitely variable speed controls allow you to stir its contents to perfectly mix processed meats for vacuum-sealing.

This Cleveland 40 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots. Its safety device prevents high speed starts, while its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of chunky products. A 50 psi rating, which is higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.

The Cleveland MKDL-40-T 40 gallon tilting direct steam jacketed mixer kettle is NSF Listed and requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection.
