Its safety device prevents high speed starts, while its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of chunky products.
The Cleveland MKDL-150-T 150 gallon tilting direct steam jacketed mixer kettle is NSF Listed and requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection.
