It boasts precise, solid state, splash-proof temperature controls and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots. LED indicators ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle, and more time focusing on other tasks.
The Cleveland KGT-12-TGB tabletop gas tilting 12 gallon steam jacketed kettle is NSF, CSA, and AGA Listed, and requires a 3/4" NPT gas connection.
