This Cleveland KET6T 6 gallon tabletop steam kettle is available in 208volts/ 3phase. The Cleveland KET6T has water resistant controls and has a splash proof design to prevent water damage from spillage or cleaning. The KET6T has a precise, consistent temperature control and a range of 145 degrees Fahrenheit to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. The KET6T also has a Marine type tilting mechanism that prevents accidental tilting and a tilting handle that can be mounted on the left or right side. This Cleveland KET6T has a 50 PSI steam jacket rating for higher temperatures and faster cooking, and a large pouring lip for chunky products. The Cleveland KET6T with a one year warranty.
