This unit connects directly to your existing steam source and boasts a 125 gallon capacity to meet the demands of your busy kitchen, while its high-capacity pouring lip can even handle chunky products!
The Cleveland KDL-125-T steam jacketed kettle features a 35 psi steam jacket rating with a 35 psi chrome-plated safety valve. A steam control valve mounted on the console allows for easy monitoring.
All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel, with a #4 finish on the kettle and its supports. The Cleveland KDL-125-T direct steam 125 gallon steam jacketed kettle has a permanently lubricated, self-locking tilting mechanism that saves space.
Each kettle leg is 1 5/8" in diameter and is constructed from type 304 stainless steel. The legs feature 3-level adjustable feet and bolt flanges for floor bolting. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements. NSF Listed.
