Packed with features, the Cleveland Convotherm OES-10.20 combination convection oven / steamer has 7 distinct cooking modes, with multiple cooking stage programs and a stored recipe library for customizable cooking. Additional handy features of the OES-10.20 from Cleveland include a multipoint core temperature probe, "Press & Go", one-step recipe start buttons, "Smart Key" for selecting option settings, auto-reversing fan and its steamer is boiler-less.

All these features mean that you'll get perfect results every time, no matter what you're cooking. A patented, "Advanced Closed System +3" with "Crisp & Tasty" de-moisturizing feature automatically controls moisture inside the cooking compartment based on the food. In addition to reducing cooking times and saving energy, this feature enhances your results by tailoring the cooking cycles to exactly what you're cooking!

The Convotherm OES-10.20 is a space-saver as well. Its "Disappearing Door" feature results in more aisle space.

The OES-10.20 combination oven-steamer from Cleveland has a capacity of up to eleven 18"W x 26"L x 1"D full size sheet pans or twenty 12"W x 20"L x 2.5"D steam table pans (not included). Five 26" x 20" wire shelves are included. Choose electrical configuration. UL and UL Sanitation Approved.
