This Cleveland 24CEA10 10-pan floor
convection steamer comes in either 208
volts/3 phase or 240 volts/3 phase
configurations. Energy-efficient and cost-
effective, the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra
10 model electric steamer utilizes
advanced technology and innovated
features for superior performance. Two
separate and independent cooking
compartments with their own steam
generators allow for flexibility in cooking.
Each compartment features its own
controls, 5 gallon generator reservoir, and
sealed door.
The 24CEA10 is
constructed of solid 14-gague stainless
steel for superior durability, with a sleek,
smooth exterior for easy cleaning. The
24CEA10 features a condensation drip
trough to collect condensation from both
cooking chambers.
Each cooking
chamber uses two unique, durable flat bar
heating elements and patented high-
velocity steam jets to heat water quickly.
These steam jets circulate a high volume
of steam naturally throughout the chamber
without using trouble-prone fans.
Additional features like easy access
cleaning ports, remote automatic water
level controls, and deliming indicator
lights make the Cleveland SteamCraft
Ultra 10 simple to operate and
maintain.
The Cleveland 24CEA10
can hold up to ten 2 1/2" deep full-size
steam pans (5 per chamber). The doors of
the 24CEA10 have a two-piece
compartment and a reversible gasket for a
leak-proof, airtight seal. Dimensions of the
Cleveland 24CEA10 are 24"W x 65 1/2"H x
33"D. Choose 208/3 or 240/3
configuration.
