The Cleveland 24-GM-200 gas modular cabinet base allows you to mount Cleveland steam kettles and generate steam for their use. This 24" wide stainless steel base connects to your gas line and provides 200,000 BTU of cooking power to deliver results you expect for your busy operation. This modular base includes separate start and reset illuminated controls and a pressure gauge for easy monitoring of your products, as well as a back splash to limit messes.
The Cleveland 24-GM-200 modular cabinet base requires a 3/4" IPS gas connection, a 1/4" NPT water connection, and a 1 1/2" IPS drain connection. A 115V electrical connection is also required. This model must be hard wired and does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements. Choose fuel.
