Quickly and easily cook up batches of your signature broths and soups with the Cleveland 24-EM-K6-24 electric 6 gallon steam jacketed kettle with modular base. Its lever-controlled tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring of products.

This Cleveland 6 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots, while a lift-off cover traps in heat for greater cooking efficiency. A 50 psi rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves performance.

This kettle is mounted atop a 24" wide stainless steel modular base that connects to your electricity source to deliver results you expect for your busy operation. This modular base includes separate start and reset illuminated controls and a pressure gauge for easy monitoring of your products. In addition, this model comes with a hot and cold swinging water faucet to make kettle filling and cleaning a breeze.

The Cleveland 24-EM-K6-24 6 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle with modular base requires a 1/4" NPT water connection and a 1 1/2" IPS drain connection A 208/240V electrical connection is also required. This model must be hard wired and does not come with a cord and plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements. Choose voltage.
